We ordered one of these dolls for my oldest daughter's birthday coming up. We got to chose her hair,eye and skin color and hair length. Then you send in two pictures and they chose the best face shape to match. They paint on the cheek color and lip color glue on eye lashes and cut and style the hair to match your child's picture. Also if your child has any birthmarks or freckles on their face they paint them on also. They don't do dimples,cleft chins or earrings yet (bummer). Well we got the doll in a few days ago and it really looks like my daughter. Her birthday isn't until the end of April so she hasn't seen it yet. I'll try to add pics once she gets it. P.S they even sale clothes for your child so the doll and child can match. They also have boy dolls!
